When my $5000 sofa, which included $300 for delivery, arrived, I had no idea that my lightweight two-cushion sofa, just inside my door, wouldn’t even be placed outside for me. I come from the old school, and it’s just shameful how they find every excuse to cut back on customer service. I’ll definitely spread the word whenever I can. P.S. steer clear of Old Brick.

I had a dresser that was damaged, and a young guy named Ray came to check it out. Honestly, I was ready to roll my eyes because it seemed beyond repair. But just a few minutes later, he called me over, and to my surprise, it looked flawless! Ray was super professional, friendly, and got the job done fast. Thanks a ton...10 stars!

I’m giving one star just for the folks who are friendly and try to assist. That said, I won’t ever purchase another piece of furniture from there, nor will I opt for the coverage protection plan. My wife and I bought a dining room table back in 2016. The plan only covers accidental damage (which we recently experienced), but the insurance company (Montagefs.com) claimed the usual wear and tear of the table as a reason to reject our claim. Essentially, they’re using the table’s condition, which I couldn’t claim under the policy (normal wear and tear), to turn down a valid claim (accident). Old Brick suggested that I should have been filing claims over time as the table aged, even if they would have been denied. I’m not quite sure how that would’ve been beneficial since they wouldn’t have addressed any issues from normal wear and tear. They would’ve just denied the claim as usual.

The delivery folks were super professional and right on schedule. They totally understood my OCD tendencies, putting on booties and being really careful with the cleanup afterward. The prices are unbeatable. I couldn't ask for more!

The process of buying and the quality of the furniture are top-notch. However, the delivery experience was lacking. The crew left zipties and other junk scattered in our living room, which is where our little one plays. We had to tidy up after them. Additionally, the furniture arrived with some damage, but Old Brick's customer service was fantastic in sending someone out promptly to fix the issue.

It really highlighted the pressure points and gave us some solid mattress suggestions. We decided on the Stearns and Foster luxury plush along with the Sealy Ease adjustable frame. It's been two weeks with the new mattress, and so far, it’s working out great for us. His back feels better, and my hips are happy too. I had plenty of time and room to choose what I wanted. A question I had was answered quickly and with patience. My new bed showed up right on schedule. However, the headboard that was back ordered came with holes that didn’t match up with the metal frame. Old Brick assured me of a speedy fix and sent their carpenter over within the hour. He put the headboard on and tidied up the sawdust. I'm really happy with the service and will definitely shop at Old Brick again.

I had a great time picking out my recliner. There were tons of chairs available, and I could browse them on my own, without any pressure from a salesperson. The salesperson I talked to when I chose my chair was super polite and really helpful. Delivery happened just like they said it would, and everything went off without a hitch. I'm really comfy when I sit in my new chair.

The prices were fantastic, but my 'solid wood' furniture already shows chips - it looks like the wood color isn't genuine stained wood, but instead, it's paint that has peeled off in one spot. There are three areas on my master bed with scratches and a mark on my guest bed. I've only had these pieces for a little over a month, and we only use them on weekends since they're at our summer place. I'm really let down by the quality. We skipped the 'protection plan' that the saleswoman was pushing on us - probably a smart move. Unfortunately, low prices often mean low quality.
